2020 is a hellish year. Changes or deterioration are flying around your ears and the future is uncertain. You can completely immerse yourself in the negativity. But what good is that?
You can also use this period differently. Because a crisis is a good time for change. But you have to grasp it with both hands and with an open mind. Take some time for yourself. Go on a self-examination and examine your life. Ask yourself questions such as:
- Do I also generally get up feeling good?
- Am I satisfied with who I am?
- Am I doing the work that makes me happy?
- What would I like to change?
- Where do I want to be in 5 years?
I did this myself. Because 2020 is not a great year for me either. The hiking retreat in May in Gran Canaria I had to cancel. In the meantime, Spain is turning orange again and the walking retreat in November is also in danger. I only dare to dream about next year.
Still, by taking good time for myself, I made a number of changes. I wrote an e-book. And I developed one online program for individual participants. In this way they can walk safely from their own home, find peace and insight and work on their future.
And in 2025? Then I trek into the mountains with a group at least 6 times an unforgettable walking week. Because I am convinced that the need for real time for yourself will only increase because of this crisis. And that is best done under the Spanish sun with me as a guide.
